The Raphaël room on the ground floor is located on the right side of our house, it allows you to be independent (access code to the gate and the room) if you wish.

A private car park will allow you to park your car as close as possible. An electric terminal (optional) will allow you to recharge your electric vehicle.

The room has a Queen-size bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (190x140) to accommodate up to 4 people. The room is very bright thanks to the presence of many openings and the use of noble and light materials. You have storage available to hang and fold your clothes.

A relaxation office area awaits you with a kettle, allowing you to prepare a hot drink.

You can charge your smartphones or tablets on the sockets integrated into the wall lights located on each side of the bed.

you have free access to the ultra-fast WI-FI network (fiber).

Opposite the bed is a built-in flat screen allowing you to watch TV as well as access the various streaming platforms (Canal +, Netflix, Disney +, Prime-video)

You access the spacious bathroom through a sliding door (90cm passage). The shower (90x90) is Italian-style, the 2 doors open to facilitate the passage for people with reduced mobility. The floor is non-slip and the mats are made of diatomite to instantly absorb water. Towels are available and can be dried on the Acova radiator which acts as a blower for the most chilly. The basin is suspended to allow the passage of a wheelchair. The tap automatically detects the presence of hands. The toilets are suspended and have a grab bar. All the flushes in the house are supplied by a borehole. The glass and amaranth shelves allow you to store your toiletries.

Our house is equipped with photovoltaic panels and a heat pump in order to reduce the impact on the environment as much as possible.
